Problems we can’t fix. If you have a problem with Search the Home that we can’t resolve, and you ask within 30 days of a charge, we will refund that charge in full. Please contact us first so we can try to fix it.
Where the law requires. We will also refund any payment where the law requires us to.
Everything else. Otherwise, payments are not refundable, including for unused time. You can cancel at any time to stop your next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Gifts. Gift subscriptions are never refundable, including gifts that no one activates, except where the law requires.
Discounts. If you paid a discounted price, a refund is the amount you actually paid.
Your data after a refund. A refund ends the subscription. What happens to your data then is described in our privacy policy.
How to ask. Email help@support.searchthehome.com from the address on your account. We refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
